Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancellations by Users

Users may cancel bookings up to 7 days before the trip start date for a full refund, minus any applicable processing fees. Cancellations within 7 days may be subject to partial or no refunds, depending on the travel package terms.

Cancellations by Providers

If a travel provider cancels a booking, users are entitled to a full refund or an alternative booking option, subject to availability.
